    It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with amazing view, oven and 4 adult and that went well. The location was best possible - near to the restaurant, the Masjid and Makkah, close to Haram, and close to shopping.

    elegant lobby, convenient access to Haram, spacious common areas

    Cleaning service needs to drastically improve!!! No one likes living in dusty rooms for days on end. The payment process was utterly confusing, leading to frustration at check-out!!!

    The hotel had a great prayer area with huge windows overlooking the Haram. The fitness center was a nice surprise, and we loved that there was a shopping mall right next door. The room itself felt modern and well-kept!

    There were very good staff and rooms for a great stay. Liked our rooms with breakfast. Visited their restaurant Alqandeel Restaurant couple of times. The hotel of choice in Mecca.

    The stay included a fantastic buffet breakfast with varied options and attentive staff, including Mustafa, who was always smiling. The location provided easy access to essential shopping in Souk Khalil. The bathroom shower lacked a screen, leading to flooded floors, and I experienced allergic reactions due to the down feather pillows, as only those were available.
